We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel had a nice pool and friendly staff.
The hotel was extremely crowded and there was only one elevator, causing long wait times. The food options were limited, and the heating system in the corridors was not turned on, making it very cold.

This hotel is located in a great area, near natural water springs where you can relax and refresh. the rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is nice. You can enjoy a dip in the swimming pool on the rooftop and soak in the hot mineral water. the staff at the reception are helpful and polite.
